As younger first time home buyers, my husband and I were overwhelmed & confused by the whole home buying experience-especially in a market like this one. After researching and hesitating to commit to an agent, we were lucky to come across Tina Griffith. Tina was very professional and educated us throughout the home buying process. She was very patient with us. Tina knew what we were looking for in a home and never once tried to push a property on us that we were not interested in to make a quick sale. It took us a few months to find what we were looking for. She was very good at showing us anything we wanted to see in a quick manner (usually same day!). Tina emailed us every day any new listings that were added to the MLS and it was her quickness in doing this that actually got us our new home. Tina was not just our agent, she became part of the family in sorts, she always welcomed us and our children with open arms and made them feel involved through everything. Once our offer was accepted, Tina continued to remain in contact with us and sent us regular updates. Now that we are getting ready to get our keys to our new home, I reflect back on our experience buying our first home and I am very thankful we had Tina on our side! I would recommend Tina to family & friends and would definitely use her in the future.

Tina assisted us with the sale of our mother's home after she passed away. She was very knowledgeable and familiar with the probate process and provided us with resources to help with the process.
